ELENA VERLEE is a twice-certified professional coach working with mompreneurs and self-employed professionals who want to build businesses that serve their ideal lifestyle. Women who want to make both money and meaning in their lives. Elena is known for her common sense, straight forward style and coaching philosophy that we need to be leaders in the areas of our lives that are important to us. In the process, her clients develop greater clarity and focus that result in more time and energy to do the things they love, confidence to tackle obstacles with ease, stronger personal relationships and lower stress levels.
Elena is a serial entrepreneur who stepped into the family business, sold it and is now currently involved in three other businesses. Besides her coaching business, she is founder of an international PR firm and co-founded an e-commerce company in 2006 that was sold in less than a year, after generating considerable interest with customers and the media.
Elena has traveled extensively and has worked in Canada, the US, Europe and Asia. She is certified by the Coaches Training Institute, and holds an Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF). With an estimated 65,000 practicing coaches around the world, the ICF provides the only worldwide-recognized professional coach credentialing program. As of September 2007, only about 4000 coaches are credentialed by the ICF in 80 countries.
Elena is a former board member of the ICF Vancouver Chapter and has been nominated in 2007 for the Savvy Mompreneur of the Year Award, and Business in Vancouver's Top 40 Under 40.
